Rutledge is Executive Vice President in charge of the Bank Supervision Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and a member of the Bank’s Management Committee. Rutledge was a member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision from 1999 through 2004. The Bank Supervision Group is responsible for supervising and regulating all state member banks, financial holding companies and other bank holding companies, and foreign banks operating within the Second Federal Reserve District.
