Prof. Joni Tamkin Borhan, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the Department of Shariah and Economics, Academy of Islamic Studies, University of Malaya. Prof. Borhan was a Member of the National Shariah Advisory Council on Islamic Banking and Takaful (NSAC) at National Accreditation Board (LAN) from 1999 to 2004.
