Economist Researcher and as Senior Training Specialist . Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce (Ecole Superieure de Commerce), Algiers University (Algeria) in 1978. Diploma of Advanced Studies on Economic Development from the University of Manchester, UK in 1980. Master in 1982 and PhD Degrees in 1989 from the University of Wales, UK. His PhD Thesis was entitled: “Islamic Banking” in 1989. Worked as the Coordinator of the Islamic Economics Unit at the Islamic Foundation, UK for 15 years.

The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) was established in 1960 (1339 solar year). As stated in the Monetary and Banking Act of Iran (MBAI), CBI is responsible for the design and implementation of the monetary and credit policies with due regard to the general economic policy of the country. Bank's functions are Issuance of notes and coins, Supervision of banks and credit institutions, Formulation and regulation of foreign exchange policies and transactions, Regulation on gold transactions, Formulation and regulation on transactions and inflow/outflow of Domestic currency.
Carter, Phil
An American lawyer, writer, and former officer in the United States Army.Carter was a founding member of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, and he also served as a principal of the Truman National Security Project. He is now senior fellow and counsel at the Center for a New American Security, and director of the CNAS research program on the Military, Veterans & Society. Carter attended the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor's Degree there in 1997, and his Juris Doctor in 2004. Carter also received the Harry S. Truman Scholarship in 1996.
