Director of Banking, Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority; Federal Territory Labuan, Malaysia Danial Mah Abdullah is the Director of Banking for the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority (LOFSA). He has been with LOFSA since its inception in 1997.
