Faysal Bank Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on October 3rd, 1994 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The Bank’s shares are listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange. Barkat is the dedicated Islamic Banking Division of Faysal Bank offering Shariah compliant banking products and services for all segments of the market through its 197 full-fledged Islamic banking branches.

Fath (Late) was Head of the Dept. of International Law at University of Khartoum, member to the commitee of International law at the Arab League of Nations. He had numerous pulications and wrote several books . which he earned a Bachelor's degree as well as a Masters degree. He also earned a PHD In International Law from the University of Cambridge at the UK.
