Leading empirical researcher in the legal academy over the past 25 years, an economist as well as a lawyer and is well known for using empirical analysis to determine the impact of law and public policy in a wide range of areas, including civil rights and antidiscrimination law, employment discrimination, crime and criminal justice, and school funding. He was a law professor at Northwestern University as well as a research fellow with the American Bar Foundation.

Doghri, Lamine

Lamine Doghri was appointed as the Minister of Development and International Cooperation in the government of Prime Minister Ali Laarayedh. Prior to joining the current government, Mr. Doghri was the deputy minister in charge of regional development and planning. He was a teaching assistant at the University of Economics and Management in Tunis. In addition, he held several positions at the Islamic Bank of Development as the director of policy and strategic planning and the director of the Islamic Institute for Research and Training.

Dixon, Rob

Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development. Before becoming director, Rob served as the President/CEO of the Missouri Community College Association. Rob also served in a variety of roles at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. His overall responsibilities included leadership and management of staff and programs in economic and workforce development, public affairs, local government policy, communications, community development, and strategic planning. Rob Dixon also served as the Executive Director of the Hollister Area of Chamber of Commerce.
