The Financial Crisis: Who is to Blame?

Regulatory failures led to the financial crisis that began in summer of 2007. A number of people, including greedy investment bankers, weak and ineffective borrowers, regulators under the control of lobbyists, and central bankers with no long term perspective, are responsible for this crisis.
