The prevalence of widespread poverty is one of the most serious challenges confronting the world today. The intensity of the problem in developing countries, mostly OIC member countries (MCs), is more severe. The developed nations of the world have succeeded overtime to provide social protection to their masses by launching a variety of welfare programs. Unfortunately, similar social security measures either do not exist or do not work efficiently in the developing countries.

The paper traced the essential functions and role of awqaf that it played in the past and still providing socio-economic services for the society. The paper provides explicitly the experiences of a few organizations, which play a significant role in this direction and made some recommendations for the improvement of the sector in the present circumstances.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of local governments in Pakistan through citizen’s satisfaction with local public service delivery in the context of the 2001 devolution plan. The devolution policy variable is found to be statistically significant, indicating that people’s satisfaction level declined significantly when the devolution plan was rolled back. The impact of demographic and socio-economic variables on citizen satisfaction with local government is also found to be statistically significant in a majority of cases.

Inclusive growth creates equal opportunities for those who contribute to economic growth, so that the whole people could contribute to economic growth and benefit from it. In this research, we applied Anand et al. integrated method and social mobility index to measure inclusive growth. The integrated method allows us to identify the determinants of growth and prioritize the specific constraints of each country in generating inclusive growth. We utilized unbalanced panel data method for the period 1995-2015.

Since the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) digital technology has been playing an important role in economic growth leading to a continuous decline in the level of extreme poverty across the globe. while there are opportunities of using the digital revolution to promote inclusive growth, there are risks that technology could further escalate the worsening income distribution, and mitigating such risks will require establishing a sound digital infrastructure and providing digital education to all members of the society.

جاء هذا البحث ليعالج مشكلة الإنزال الخاطئ لجزاءات المخالفات العقْدية، والتصرفات المدنية الأخرى في غير محلها الذي شرعت له، وذلك من خلال بيان المخالفات المدنية المستحقة للجزاء، ثم بيان الجزاء المناسب لكل فئة من فئات هذه المخالفات المدنية، وكذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى إعانة العاملين في مجال التحكيم الشرعي وفض النزاعات المدنية عامة، والمالية والعقْدية خاصة على الارتقاء بقراراتهم وأحكامهم، والوصول بها إلى أعلى درجات الدقة والصواب.

يسعى هذا البحث إلى دراسة المعوقات التي دفعت بالبنوك الإسلامية في الجزائر إلى تجنّب التمويل بصيغة المضاربة، مع اقتراح حلول لمعالجتها.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان واقع وفرص وتحديات التمويل الإسلامي في اليابان مع التركيز على تجربة الصكوك، فقد شهدت اليابان حركة بحث وتحري عن المالية الإسلامية أعقبها دخول محدود من قبل المؤسسات المالية اليابانية في قطاع التجزئة البنكي في كل من ماليزيا ودبي، وتمثل هذا الدخول بطرح منتجات مالية إسلامية كالمرابحة للآمر بالشراء والإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك وغيرها، كما تم إصدار صكوك خارج اليابان من قبل مؤسسات يابانية مالية عريقة، أعقب ذلك تعديلات قانونية لتسهيل إصدار الصكوك وجذب المستثمرين الراغبين بالتعامل وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية داخل اليابان، إلا أن هذه الخطوات التشريعية الأخيرة لم تنجح في تطوير هذه

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور البيئة الخارجية لقطاع الأوقاف في المجتمعات والدول، ودورها في تطوير ملف الأوقاف، لا سيما وأن الوقف ينمو ويزدهر ويتطور كنتيجة طردية للنمو الذي يحدث في البيئة الخارجية لأي مؤسسة عاملة في المجتمع والدولة، والمؤسسة الوقفية واحدة من هذه المؤسسات، ونقصد بالبيئة الخارجية مجموعة الظروف والعوامل التي تؤثر في بنية المؤسسة وتطورها.

تتميز الزكاة بخصائص مثل الاستمرارية والدوام ووجوب الأداء، مما يؤهلها لتكون موردًا له تأثير إيجابي على ميزانيّة الدولة من جهة الموارد التي توفرها والنفقات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تغطيتها، ويكون لتولّ الدولة شأن جبايتها وتوزيعها عدّة آثار اقتصادية خاصة بالنسبة لميزانيّة الدولة. يهتمّ البحث بتنظيم الدّولة للزكاة وأسسها الشرعية، ويطرح إشكالية الجدوى الاقتصادية لهذا التنظيم بالنسبة للموازنة العامة اعتمادًا على المنهج التحليلي.
