Sukuk : A Critique of Experience, and their Possible Role in Muslim Countries Development

The article identifies the incorrect practices in Sukuk experience that ought to be removed, in order to ensure the Islamic authenticity of such an instrument. The article seeks to look at possibilities of employing Sukuk in the genuine Islamic way which would maximize its role in financing the development of Muslim countries.
