The author describes the experiences of a wide range of enterprises, banks and other agencies with partnership finance. He concludes that partnership financing is one relatively little known approach to enterprise finance that appears to have the potential to overcome potential problems. It is also practiced for the benefit of small businesses and micro-enterprises with some success.

In the case of America, 50% of stocks are owned by 1% of families. Certain actions of multinational corporations place the assumption of “free trade” in question.
