His Excellency Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed al Qahtani, Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counterterrorism and mediation in Conflict Resolution, and a receipient of the UN Best Negotiator Award 2020 will be the guest lecturer.
