He is also an Associate at 𝗗𝗮𝗿, an Associate Fellow at 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀e, and a Non-Resident Scholar at the 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 in Washington.
