Abstract
This paper attempts to identify the problems of resource utilization of selected Muslim funds of Northern India. It highlights how Islamic financial institutions have not faced many problems in resource mobilization, but that resource utilization stand as a major cause for concern. It concludes by underlining the resulting consequences of Islamic Micro-credit Institutions suspending their expansion plans, thereby decreasing their efficiency, competitiveness, and public welfare activities.
