Organizational learning is increasingly being recognized as a critical factor in an organization’s ability to create ongoing economic value for its stakeholders. Organizational learning is the process of changing the organization to fit the changed environment. Islam encourages learning amongst its followers either via formal or informal means. Learning should always be the bases for Muslims to always be ahead in exploring God’s creation._x000D_ As an Islamic institution, zakat organization should portray the image of emphasizing the importance of learning in their organizational system so that they will be able to respond to any environmental change.
