Knight, Jr., W. Donald

Senior Partner, King & Spalding; Atlanta, Ga. W. Donald Knight, Jr., is a senior partner in King & Spalding’s Corporate Practice Department and chairs its International Practice Group. He has authored several papers and articles on international law and taxation. He is the author of “Structuring Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Estate.” He received his B.A. from Mississippi State University, his M.A. from Emory University, and his LL.B. from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the North American Free Trade & Investment Report in Boston.
