(Director/Portfolio Manager, Socially Aware Investment Proram, ClearBridge Advisors, New York, NY) McQuillen is the Director and Portfolio Manager for the Socially Aware Investment (SAI) Program at ClearBridge Advisors for the various SAI strategies. Mcquillen has been with the SAI program at a predecessor firm since 1996 and has 13 years of investment industry experience. She serves on the Board of Directors for the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) and is the former Chair of its Sustainable Investing Committee. She is also a Board member of the Social Investment Forum (SIF), the national non-profit association dedicated to advancing and growing socially responsible investing (SRI). McQuillen is a long-standing and active member of the United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) Asset Management Working Group (AMWG). She received her MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, and was a former Co-chair of the Bernstein Center on Leadership & Ethics Student Board. She holds a BS in Finance from Fordham University. In 2008, McQuillen was named a """"Rising Star of Corporate Governance"""" by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management. She is also a member of Bpeace, a volunteer organization that works to introduce sustainable business skills to women in Rwanda, Afghanistan, and the Middle East.
