Mahmoud, Mohamed Moustafa

(Executive Director, Madinah Institute for Leadership & Entrepreneurship, Saudi Arabia) Mahmoud is the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at the Savola Group as well as being the Executive Director, Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (MILE) and being Advisor to the Minister of Labor in Saudi Arabia. He holds a Ph.D. in Decision Science and 3 Masters degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering and Regional Sciences from University of Pennsylvania. Mahmoud has twelve years of experience in Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, and Strategic Planning. He has developed and implemented more than sixty Balanced Scorecards Programs in Private and Public sectors, including the Savola Group, Panda Supermarkets, United Sugar Company, Savola Edible Oil, Savola Packaging, Jeddah Quran Society, Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, Saudi Civil Aviation, and Jeddah Municipality. Mahmoud also has twenty years of experience as a university professor of Management Science in the United States, Canada, Kuwait, and Egypt.
