(Associate Director, Federal Reserve Board of Governors, Washington, D.C.) Davis is currently the Associate Director and Supervision Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Supervision and Regulation (S&R) at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Davis is also the National Coordinator of the Partnership for Progress program, a Federal Reserve System program created to preserve and promote minority-owned institutions to enhance their ability to thrive in an increasingly competitive banking environment. Prior to joining S&R, Davis served as the American Red Cross CTO and as the Chief Architect and Assistant Vice President of the Enterprise Architecture Program at the Federal Reserve Information Technology organization. Davis brings significant, practical business and technology leadership experience with over twenty five years of applied professional knowledge. Davis received her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the American University in Cairo (1994) and holds a Masters of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University, Nebraska (2004). Davis recently finished her studies at Stonier Graduate School of Banking (2009) and is currently a doctorate candidate at the Georgetown Liberal Arts Studies program. Davis won national IT industry recognition for her leadership as an award recipient of the prestigious Computer World Premier Top One Hundred IT Leaders for the year 2006.
