Ph.D Student, University of London, London, United Kingdom Although Ms. Nadar’s interest in Islamic finance began recently at the University of London, where she is currently pursuing an LL.M. in international commercial dispute resolution at Queen Mary College, she possesses extensive professional experience in cross-border and cross-culture transactions. Prior to law, Ms. Nadar’s career focused on international public procurement, primarily in the United States and Middle East. For nearly twenty years she has been implementing and lecturing on the utilization of cultural awareness to enhance project performance and mitigate management and contract risk for business conduct in the Arab world. Ms. Nadar has managed multicultural procurement teams, instructed procurement professionals, and worked as an advisor to both U.S. and international government agencies. Ms. Nadar holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MBA from the University of Texas-Austin, and a graduate certificate in dispute resolution from SMU.
