Moghul is a partner at Ahmed & Moghul LLP where his practice areas include general business/corporate representation, banking and finance (Islamic and conventional), real estate, joint ventures and strategic alliances, investment advisory and management, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning (Islamic and conventional). While an associate at King & Spalding LLP and White & Case LLP, Moghul advised public and private companies in numerous capacities. He also counsels financial institutions with respect to the U.S. Patriot Act. Moghul has previously spoken about and published several articles regarding Islamic law and finance. While in law school, Moghul was an editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and awarded for his research in Islamic theoretical jurisprudence. He holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law and a B.A. and an M.A., both in history, from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been published in numerous journals.
