Mr. Louis S. Beck has been Chairman of the Board of Janus Hotels & Resorts Inc. since April 24, 1997 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Beck has been the Chief Executive Officer of Beck Hospitality Inc. III and predecessor companies engaged in the hotel management business since 1972. He serves as the President at U.S. Bancorp. and of Guardian Bancorp, Inc. Since 1992, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Guardian Savings Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Beck serves as a Director of U.S. Bancorp. and Guardian Bancorp, Inc.
