Hatem Abou Said served as General Manager of Arab Banking Corporation (Milan). Italy. Mr. Said also served as Head of Europe and Americas Division of Arab Banking Corporation and Executive Vice President and Group Administrative Officer of Arab Banking Corporation. His international, investment and commercial banking experience spans more than 40 years. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABC Ftnanziaria, Rome. He served as Deputy Chairman of Arab Banking Corporation Daus & Co. GmBH, Frankfurt and as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of ABC Banque Internationale De Monaco (S.AM.), Principality of Monaco. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Itaio-Arab Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Said served as Non-Executive Director of European Islamic Investment Bank Plc from May 8, 2008 to February 17, 2005. He served as Director of Banco Atlantico (Spam). He also served as Director of La Rinascente SpA, Milan, Arab Banking Corporation Daus & Co. GmBH, Frankfurt. In June 1989, Mr. Said was awarded the honorary title of Cavaliere al Merito della Republica Italiana (Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic) by the President of Italy, in recognition of his service to the national economy.
