Aalim-Johnson, Jameel W.

Jameel Aalim is the Associate Vice-President at NASDAQ in Washington D.C. He is financial services professional with extensive experience across the government, non-profit and corporate sectors which have included senior management positions. His specializations are in financial services policy and political advocacy. Aalim-Johnson was Executive Director of the Rockaway Development and Revitalization Corporation, a non-profit community development organization. From 1988 to 1993, he was employed by the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation to be the first administrator of the Jamaica Economic Development Zone. Aalim-Johnson holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in International Finance from St. John's University in New York.
