يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار معالم الاقتصاد الإسلامي في عصر التشريع، من خلال دراسة الأحداث الاقتصادية في حالتي السلم والحرب خلال تلك الفترة، حيث شهدت تلك الفترة العديد من التشريعات الاقتصادية, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد تم صياغة أسئلة البحث: بما هي أبرز معالم الاقتصاد الإسلامي في عصر التشريع، خلال فترتي الحرب والسلم؟ ولإثبات ذلك فقد تم تقسيمه إلى مبحثين رئيسيين هما: المبحث الأول : حيث تم دراسة معالم الاقتصاد الإسلامي في حالة السلم، والمبحث الثاني : فقد تم تخصيصه لدراسة معالم الاقتصاد الإسلامي في حالة الحرب .
