Abstract

This study aspires to diagnose the challenges that the current Qatari education policy has when attempting to treat students with hearing impairment in Qatar. The core problem in this case is how to understand the strengths and limitations of the policy, and the results it creates. As a result of this, the work will focus on the policy interventions aimed at teaching hearing loss students in Qatar, whilst learning from best international Practices.

The finding of the research provide a theoretical framework as this is one of the limited Qatari study in his domain, That focus in the implementation of the strategic Plan of the audio education complex which will facilitate further analysis into policy effectiveness for deaf and hard of hearing students in Qatar.
