Muhammad Akram Khan reviews Nijat Ullah Siddiqi's <i>Shirka wa Mudarabat Ke Shar'i Usul</i>. He focuses on sole proprietorship; partnership, particularly the sharing of profit and loss, rights of partners, liability of partners, and the dissolution of partnerships; and mudaraba , particularly the allocations of profit and loss, rights of the entrepreneur, concept of double mudaraba, dissolution of mudaraba, and the joint-stock company.
