Ph.D Candidate, Department of Economics and Finance, University of New Orleans; New Orleans, Louisiana Dicle was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1975. He graduated with Commonwealth Honors from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Finance and Operations Management in 1995. He worked for seven years in correspondent banking and treasury operations for different Turkish banks. He graduated from Yeditepe University at Istanbul, Turkey, MBA with Finance and Accounting concentration in 2003. He is presently a Ph.D. candidate at University of New Orleans, Department of Economics and Finance.
